The Boone Toreadors softball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting Gilbert Tigers to 7 in the Toreadors league triumph on Thursday.
With the triumph, Boone moves its record to 13-12 on the year. The Toreadors travel to Urbandale (Urbandale, IA) to play the J-Hawks in a non-league game on Friday, June 21. The J-Hawks come into the game with a record of 16-11.
