In Friday's league test, the South O'Brien Wolverines (Paullina, IA) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting George-Little Rock Mustangs (George, IA), by a tally of 9-1.

Next, the Wolverines meet the Harris-Lake Park Wolves (Lake Park, IA) in a War Eagle test, on Monday, June 23. South O'Brien will attempt to advance on its 6-10 season record. The Wolves go into the test with a 2-12 record after their 27-5 league loss to Hinton (Hinton, IA).

The Mustangs (2-9) will now prepare for their test against St. Mary's (Remsen, IA). The Hawks go into the War Eagle test with a 6-4 record. In their last test, St. Mary's was routed by West Monona (Onawa, IA), 5-3, in a non-league test.
