In Friday's league match, the host Ogden Bulldogs softball team scored a tight 8-7 win over the West Central Valley Wildcats.

The Bulldogs (11-11) will now prepare for their match against Woodward-Granger (Woodward, IA). The Hawks come into the West Central match with a 13-7 record. In their last match, Woodward-Granger was nipped by Boone (Boone, IA), 13-5, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Wildcats battle the Madrid Tigers (Madrid, IA) in a West Central match, on Friday, June 20. West Central Valley will attempt to better on its 7-8 season record. The Tigers come into the match with a 5-12 record after their 4-2 league loss to West Central Valley (Stuart, IA).
