The Northwest Wolves baseball team (Waukee, IA), was overwhelmed 9-0 in Wednesday's non-league outing with the visiting Southeast Polk Rams (Pleasant Hill, IA)
The Rams now hold a 22-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ankeny for a non-league outing on Thursday, June 22. Southeast Polk will confront a Hawks team coming off a 5-3 non-league win over Linn-Mar (Marion, IA). The Hawks record now stands at 13-14.
Next, the Wolves confront the Waukee Warriors (Waukee, IA) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, June 22. Northwest will attempt to advance on its 7-11 season record. The Warriors go into the outing with a 11-16 record after their 7-2 non-league loss to Dowling Catholic (West Des Moines, IA).
