The Collins-Maxwell routed the visiting Baxter softball squad by a count of 14-0 in Friday's non-league battle.
The (18-2) will now prepare for their battle against Bishop Garrigan (Algona, IA). The Golden Bears go into the non-league battle with a 8-4 record. In their last battle, Bishop Garrigan topped North Union (Armstrong, IA), 13-3, in a league battle.
The now sport a 0-17 record. They play next when they host Janesville for a non-league battle on Monday, June 24. Baxter will meet a Wildcats squad coming off a 5-3 non-league win over Dunkerton (Dunkerton, IA). The Wildcats record now stands at 7-11.
