The Ankeny Centennial Jaguars softball team scored 8 runs and held the host Ankeny Hawks to 3 in the Jaguars league win on Saturday.

The Jaguars now sport a 13-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Southeast Polk for a CIML battle on Monday, June 23. Ankeny Centennial will confront a Rams team coming off a 5-0 non-league win over North Scott (Eldridge, IA). The Rams record now stands at 16-8.

With the loss, Ankeny moves to 8-13 on the season. The Hawks travel to Urbandale (Urbandale, IA) to confront the J-Hawks in a CIML battle on Monday, June 23. The J-Hawks come into the battle with a record of 7-15. Urbandale lost 3-1 in their recent non-league battle against Muscatine (Muscatine, IA)
