In Friday's non-league outing, the visiting Newell-Fonda Mustangs softball team scored a nice 11-0 win over the Spencer Tigers.
Coming up next, the Mustangs encounter the Le Mars Bulldogs (Le Mars, IA) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, June 24. Newell-Fonda will attempt to improve on its 21-6 season record.
