The Easton Valley baseball team scored 21 runs and held the visiting Prince of Peace Prep Irish to 1 in the league win on Monday.

The now own a 8-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Edgewood-Colesburg for a non-league test on Wednesday, June 25. Easton Valley will play a Vikings team coming off a 18-3 league loss to Alburnett (Alburnett, IA). The Vikings record now stands at 4-13.

With the defeat, Prince of Peace Prep drops to 2-18 on the year. The Irish host Iowa Valley (Marengo, IA) to play the Tigers in a non-league test on Tuesday, June 24. The Tigers go into the test with a record of 7-7. Iowa Valley won 8-3 in their recent league test against B-G-M (Brooklyn, IA)
