The Western Dubuque Bobcats (Epworth, IA) baseball got by the host Waterloo West Wahawks (Waterloo, IA), 6-5 in Tuesday's league challenge.
The Bobcats now own a 9-6 record. They take the field next when they host Cedar Falls for a non-league challenge on Thursday, June 26.
With the defeat, Waterloo West drops to 3-24 on the year. The Wahawks travel to Davenport West (Davenport, IA) to clash with the Falcons in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, June 25. The Falcons go into the challenge with a record of 7-13.
