The St. Mary's Hawks overwhelmed the visiting George-Little Rock Mustangs softball squad by a count of 12-0 in Tuesday's league challenge.
Next, the Hawks meet the Emmetsburg E'Hawks (Emmetsburg, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, June 26. St. Mary's will attempt to upgrade on its 12-0 season record.
The Mustangs (1-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Akron-Westfield (Akron, IA). The Westerners go into the War Eagle challenge with a 17-4 record.
