The crowd at Wednesday's league battle between the Lynnville-Sully Hawks (Sully, IA) and the visiting Keota Eagles (Keota, IA), saw Lynnville-Sully's baseball team gain a win over Keota by a tally of 11-1.

The Hawks (18-2) will now prepare for their battle against Baxter (Baxter, IA). The enter the non-league battle with a 11-6 record. In their last battle, Baxter was overwhelmed by BCLUW (Conrad, IA), 8-5, in a league battle.

Next, the Eagles face the B-G-M Bears (Brooklyn, IA) in a South Iowa Cedar battle, on Friday, June 27. Keota will attempt to upgrade on its 6-8 season record. The Bears enter the battle with a 11-8 record after their 5-0 league loss to Sigourney (Sigourney, IA).
