The crowd at Wednesday's non-league battle between the MFL MarMac Bulldogs (Monona, IA) and the host New Hampton Chickasaws (New Hampton, IA), saw MFL MarMac's baseball team gain a win over New Hampton by a tally of 6-3.

The Bulldogs (19-4) will now prepare for their battle against South Winneshiek (Calmar, IA). The Warriors enter the Upper Iowa battle with a 13-11 record. In their last battle, South Winneshiek held off Clayton-Ridge (Guttenburg, IA), 6-5, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Chickasaws face the Waukon Indians (Waukon, IA) in a Northeast Iowa battle, on Friday, June 27. New Hampton will attempt to upgrade on its 21-7 season record. The Indians enter the battle with a 8-13 record after their 18-1 league win over Charles City (Charles City, IA).
