The Bishop Garrigan Golden Bears routed the visiting North Iowa Bison softball squad by a count of 10-1 in Monday's non-league battle.

The Golden Bears (8-5) will now prepare for their battle against Forest City (Forest City, IA). The Indians go into the non-league battle with a 3-11 record. In their last battle, Forest City topped West Hancock (Britt, IA), 13-1, in a non-league battle.
