Southeast Valley Jaguars (Gowrie, IA) fans left the game pleased Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Northwest Webster Cougars (Manson, IA), 6-3 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Southeast Valley advances its record to 8-11 on the season. The Jaguars host West Central Valley (Stuart, IA) to battle the Wildcats in a non-league match on Friday, June 28. The Wildcats come into the match with a record of 6-14. West Central Valley lost 7-2 in their recent league match against Earlham (Earlham, IA)

The Cougars now have a 1-17 record. They put it on the line next when they host West Bend-Mallard for a Twin Lakes match on Monday, July 1. Northwest Webster will battle a Wolverines squad coming off a 9-6 non-league win over North Iowa (Buffalo Center, IA). The Wolverines record now stands at 6-14.
