In Wednesday's non-league match, the visiting Cedar Falls Tigers softball team scored a nice 11-0 victory over the Iowa City Little Hawks.

The Tigers (12-15) will now prepare for their match against Wahlert (Dubuque, IA). The Golden Eagles go into the Mississippi Valley - Mississippi match with a 9-1 record. In their last match, Wahlert gained a win over Xavier (Cedar Rapids, IA), 2-1, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Little Hawks battle the Central Lee Hawks (Donnellson, IA) in a non-league match, on Friday, June 28. Iowa City will attempt to better on its 13-13 season record. The Hawks go into the match with a 22-6 record after their 8-4 non-league loss to Keokuk (Keokuk, IA).
