Iowa High School Softball - North Union knocked off by Central Springs

In Wednesday's non-league test, the Central Springs Panthers (Manly, IA) softball squad overwhelmed the host North Union Warriors (Armstrong, IA), by a count of 12-2.

Next, the Panthers meet the Clear Lake Lions (Clear Lake, IA) in a non-league test, on Friday, June 28. Central Springs will attempt to upgrade on its 16-10 season record. The Lions go into the test with a 12-12 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to West Fork (Sheffield, IA).

The Warriors (14-11) will now prepare for their test against St. Edmond (Fort Dodge, IA). The Gaels go into the non-league test with a 18-5 record. In their last test, St. Edmond toppled Humboldt (Humboldt, IA), 13-1, in a non-league test.
