In Wednesday's league test, the North Iowa Bison (Buffalo Center, IA) softball squad got by the visiting Eagle Grove Eagles (Eagle Grove, IA), by a tally of 7-6.
Next, the Bison clash with the Belmond-Klemme Broncos (Belmond, IA) in a Top of Iowa-West test, on Thursday, June 27. North Iowa will attempt to advance on its 10-8 season record. The Broncos go into the test with a 9-9 record after their 11-0 league win over West Hancock (Britt, IA).
The Eagles (10-3) will now prepare for their test against Webster City (Webster City, IA). The Lynx go into the non-league test with a 14-8 record. In their last test, Webster City held off Iowa Falls-Alden (Iowa Falls, IA), 8-0, in a non-league test.
