The Tri-Center Trojans baseball team scored 16 runs and held the visiting AHSTW Vikings to 3 in the Trojans league win on Thursday.

The Trojans now hold a 11-3 record. They take the field next when they host Woodbury Central for a non-league test on Monday, June 30. Tri-Center will play a Wildcats team coming off a 14-2 non-league loss to Martensdale-St. Mary's (Martensdale, IA). The Wildcats record now stands at 10-7.

With the defeat, AHSTW drops to 3-16 on the year. The Vikings travel to Underwood (Underwood, IA) to confront the Eagles in a Western Iowa contest on Friday, June 27. The Eagles come into the contest with a record of 17-1. Underwood lost 10-0 in their recent non-league contest against MOC-Floyd Valley (Orange City, IA)
