The Griswold Tigers softball team scored 13 runs and held the visiting Stanton Vikings to 3 in the Tigers league win on Thursday.

The Tigers now sport a 18-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fremont-Mills for a Corner battle on Friday, June 27. Griswold will confront a Knights team coming off a 5-4 non-league win over Bedford (Bedford, IA). The Knights record now stands at 13-6.

With the loss, Stanton moves to 7-11 on the season. The Vikings host Tri-Center (Neola, IA) to confront the Trojans in a non-league battle on Saturday, June 28. The Trojans come into the battle with a record of 5-15. Tri-Center lost 15-5 in their recent league game against AHSTW (Avoca, IA)
