In Tuesday's non-league game, the visiting West Marshall Trojans baseball team scored a tight 5-4 victory over the Aplington-Parkersburg Falcons.
The Trojans (23-6) will now prepare for their game against Martensdale-St. Mary's (Martensdale, IA). The Blue Devils go into the non-league game with a 8-16 record. In their last game, Martensdale-St. Mary's was edged by Central Decatur (Leon, IA), 5-0, in a non-league game.
