The Central Springs Panthers baseball team scored 12 runs and held the visiting Rockford Warriors to 11 in the Panthers non-league win on Thursday.

The Panthers now hold a 9-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to West Fork for a non-league test on Friday, June 28. Central Springs will play a Warhawks team coming off a 7-6 non-league loss to Clear Lake (Clear Lake, IA). The Warhawks record now stands at 11-12.

With the defeat, Rockford drops to 4-17 on the year. The Warriors travel to Osage (Osage, IA) to play the Green Devils in a non-league test on Friday, June 28. The Green Devils go into the test with a record of 16-5. Osage won 10-0 in their recent non-league test against Northwood-Kensett (Northwood, IA)
