The West Marshall Trojans (State Center, IA) baseball trounced the visiting Greene County Rams (Jefferson, IA), 12-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge.

The Trojans now own a 25-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Grundy Center for a non-league test on Friday, June 28. West Marshall will play a Spartans team coming off a 13-2 league win over Gladbrook-Reinbeck (Reinbeck, IA). The Spartans record now stands at 14-6.

With the defeat, Greene County drops to 1-17 on the year. The Rams host Glidden-Ralston (Glidden, IA) to play the Wildcats in a non-league test on Monday, July 1. The Wildcats go into the test with a record of 4-18. Glidden-Ralston lost 4-2 in their recent non-league test against Ar-We-Va (Westside, IA)
