In Thursday's league game, the visiting Roosevelt Roughriders baseball team scored a nice 10-0 victory over the Lincoln Railsplitters.

The Roughriders (15-7) will now prepare for their game against Waukee (Waukee, IA). The Warriors enter the non-league game with a 21-12 record. In their last game, Waukee was overwhelmed by Johnston (Johnston, IA), 2-0, in a league game.

Next, the Railsplitters face the Indianola Indians (Indianola, IA) in a non-league game, on Monday, July 1. Lincoln will attempt to improve on its 6-15 season record. The Indians enter the game with a 24-9 record after their 7-0 non-league win over Newton (Newton, IA).
