Iowa High School Baseball - West Marshall defeats East Marshall

The West Marshall Trojans baseball team scored 7 runs and held the visiting East Marshall Mustangs to 2 in the Trojans non-league win on Friday.
The Trojans now hold a 15-9 record. They take the field next when they host Riverside for a non-league test on Saturday, June 28. West Marshall will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 7-2 league loss to IKM/Manning (Manning, IA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-13.
With the defeat, East Marshall drops to 9-11 on the year. The Mustangs travel to AGWSR (Ackley, IA) to play the Cougars in a North Iowa Cedar - West test on Monday, June 30. The Cougars go into the test with a record of 5-16. AGWSR lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Aplington-Parkersburg (Parkersburg, IA)
