The Eagles now possess a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mason City for a non-league battle on Saturday, June 28. Eagle Grove will confront a Mohawks team coming off a 9-1 non-league loss to Des Moines East (Des Moines, IA). The Mohawks record now stands at 6-15.

With the loss, Forest City moves to 8-8 on the season. The Indians host West Hancock (Britt, IA) to confront the Eagles in a Top of Iowa-West battle on Friday, June 27. The Eagles come into the battle with a record of 2-15.
