The West Lyon Wildcats baseball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting George-Little Rock Mustangs to 0 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Wildcats (20-2) will now prepare for their match against Sheldon (Sheldon, IA). The Orabs go into the non-league match with a 4-12 record. In their last match, Sheldon was overwhelmed by Sioux Center (Sioux Center, IA), 15-3, in a non-league match.

The Mustangs (2-18) will now prepare for their match against Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn (Hartley, IA). The Hawks go into the non-league match with a 5-15 record. In their last match, Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn was overwhelmed by Trinity Christian (Hull, IA), 5-2, in a non-league match.
