Iowa High School Baseball - St. Edmond loses to Humboldt

In Wednesday's non-league game, the visiting Humboldt Wildcats baseball team scored a nice 11-3 victory over the St. Edmond Gaels.
The Wildcats (22-3) will now prepare for their game against Iowa Falls-Alden (Iowa Falls, IA). The Cadets go into the non-league game with a 4-15 record. In their last game, Iowa Falls-Alden was overwhelmed by Webster City (Webster City, IA), 11-0, in a non-league contest.
The Gaels now sport a 3-11 record. They play next when they host Bishop Garrigan for a non-league contest on Thursday, June 29. St. Edmond will encounter a Golden Bears squad coming off a 16-1 non-league win over West Hancock (Britt, IA). The Golden Bears record now stands at 22-6.
