In Thursday's non-league outing, the visiting Sergeant Bluff-Luton Warriors softball team scored a nice 12-3 win over the Sioux City North Stars.
Coming up next, the Warriors battle the Le Mars Bulldogs (Le Mars, IA) in a non-league outing, on Friday, June 30. Sergeant Bluff-Luton will attempt to upgrade on its 31-5 season record. The Bulldogs enter the outing with a 21-10 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Bishop Heelan Catholic (Sioux City, IA).
The Stars (9-9) will now prepare for their outing against Lincoln (Council Bluffs, IA). The Lynx enter the non-league outing with a 8-22 record. In their last outing, Lincoln ran past Sioux City West (Sioux City, IA), 14-6, in a league outing.
