In Saturday's non-league challenge, the Lyman Memorial Bulldogs (Lebanon, CT) baseball squad edged the visiting St. Bernard Saints (Uncasville, CT), by a final score of 1-0.
With the win, Lyman Memorial upgrades its record to 16-7 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Haddam-Killingworth (Higganum, CT) to battle the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, June 6. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 19-6. Haddam-Killingworth won 6-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Old Lyme (Old Lyme, CT)
With the defeat, St. Bernard falls to 19-3 on the season.
