The Okoboji Pioneers baseball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting Sibley-Ocheyedan Generals to 2 in the Pioneers non-league victory on Monday.

The Pioneers (4-3) will now prepare for their match against Sioux Central (Sioux Rapids, IA). The Rebels go into the non-league match with a 6-2 record. In their last match, Sioux Central tipped Graettinger-Terril/Ruthven-Ayrshire (Ruthven, IA), 10-2, in a non-league match.

The Generals (1-4) will now prepare for their match against Unity Christian (Orange City, IA). The Knights go into the non-league match with a 8-5 record. In their last match, Unity Christian tipped Gehlen Catholic (Le Mars, IA), 7-6, in a non-league match.
