The Grinnell Tigers softball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting Vinton-Shellsburg Vikings to 0 in the Tigers league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Grinnell improves its record to 4-6 on the year. The Tigers travel to Clear Creek-Amana (Tiffin, IA) to clash with the Clippers in a WaMaC-West game on Wednesday, June 5. The Clippers come into the game with a record of 5-3. Clear Creek-Amana won 7-2 in their recent non-league game against West Delaware (Manchester, IA)

In their next game, the Vikings clash with the Beckman Trailblazers (Dyersville, IA) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, June 4. Vinton-Shellsburg will attempt to improve on its 4-10 season record.
