The Telstar Rebels edged the visiting Forest Hills Tigers softball squad by a count of 8-7 in Tuesday's league challenge.
Next, the Rebels meet the Forest Hills Tigers (Jackman, ME) in a Class D South challenge, on Tuesday, June 3. Telstar will attempt to upgrade on its 6-9 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 5-7 record after their 18-4 league loss to Valley (Bingham, ME).
The Tigers (5-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Telstar (Bethel, ME). The Rebels enter the Class D South challenge with a 5-9 record. In their last challenge, Telstar was nudged by Carrabec (North Anson, ME), 15-1, in a league challenge.
