The Underwood Eagles the host Harlan Cyclones baseball team by a count of 7-2 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Eagles now possess a 20-3 record. They take the field next when they host Cherokee Washington for a non-league bout on Wednesday, July 5. Underwood will face a Braves team coming off a 4-3 non-league win over Maple Valley-Anthon-Oto/Charter Oak-Ute (Mapleton, IA). The Braves record now stands at 10-15.
Next, the Cyclones face the West Harrison Hawkeyes (Mondamin, IA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, July 3. Harlan will attempt to move on its 18-12 season record. The Hawkeyes enter the bout with a 17-3 record after their 16-4 non-league win over East Mills (Malvern, IA).
