The Harris-Lake Park Wolves baseball team scored 8 runs and held the visiting Trinity Christian Tigers to 2 in the Wolves league win on Monday.
The Wolves now own a 7-10 record. They take the field next when they host Sibley-Ocheyedan for a non-league test on Tuesday, July 1. Harris-Lake Park will clash with a Generals team coming off a 17-4 league loss to Sioux Center (Sioux Center, IA). The Generals record now stands at 1-15.
With the defeat, Trinity Christian drops to 7-9 on the year. The Tigers host Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn (Hartley, IA) to clash with the Hawks in a War Eagle test on Wednesday, July 2. The Hawks go into the test with a record of 0-16. Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn lost 16-0 in their recent league test against South O'Brien (Paullina, IA)
