The Alta-Aurelia Warriors softball team scored 11 runs and held the visiting Emmetsburg E'Hawks to 3 in the Warriors league win on Monday.

The Warriors now possess a 5-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sioux Central for a Twin Lakes battle on Monday, June 30. Alta-Aurelia will confront a Rebels team coming off a 8-0 non-league win over Okoboji (Milford, IA). The Rebels record now stands at 15-7.

With the loss, Emmetsburg moves to 2-19 on the season. The E'hawks host South Central Calhoun (Lake City, IA) to confront the Titans in a Twin Lakes battle on Monday, June 30. The Titans come into the battle with a record of 0-15. South Central Calhoun lost 10-0 in their recent league battle against Southeast Valley (Gowrie, IA)
