In Monday's league match, the visiting Unity Christian Knights softball team scored a tight 4-1 win over the Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley NIGHTHAWKS.

The Knights (15-7) will now prepare for their match against Sioux Center (Sioux Center, IA). The Warriors come into the Siouxland match with a 14-8 record. In their last match, Sioux Center nipped Sibley-Ocheyedan (Sibley, IA), 15-3, in a league match.

In their next game, the NIGHTHAWKS confront the Okoboji Pioneers (Milford, IA) in a Siouxland match, on Tuesday, July 1. Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley will attempt to better on its 11-11 season record. The Pioneers come into the match with a 4-15 record after their 8-0 non-league loss to Sioux Central (Sioux Rapids, IA).
