The Norwalk Warriors softball team scored 3 runs and held the host Dallas Center-Grimes Mustangs to 2 in the Warriors league win on Monday.

The Warriors now sport a 27-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Winterset for a non-league battle on Tuesday, July 1. Norwalk will encounter a Huskies team coming off a 6-1 league loss to North Polk (Alleman, IA). The Huskies record now stands at 20-13.

With the loss, Dallas Center-Grimes moves to 28-4 on the season. The Mustangs host Pella (Pella, IA) to encounter the Dutch in a Little Hawkeye battle on Monday, June 30. The Dutch come into the battle with a record of 18-10. Pella won 12-0 in their recent non-league battle against BCLUW (Conrad, IA)
