The West Fork Warhawks overwhelmed the host Osage Green Devils softball squad by a count of 7-1 in Monday's league challenge.

Next, the Warhawks meet the Nashua-Plainfield Huskies (Nashua, IA) in a Top of Iowa-East challenge, on Tuesday, July 1. West Fork will attempt to upgrade on its 15-4 season record. The Huskies go into the challenge with a 4-17 record after their 4-3 league loss to Northwood-Kensett (Northwood, IA).

The Green Devils (24-1) will now prepare for their challenge against North Butler (Greene, IA). The Bearcats go into the Top of Iowa-East challenge with a 12-8 record. In their last challenge, North Butler held off Denver (Denver, IA), 6-2, in a non-league challenge.
