New Mexico High School Softball - Rio Rancho bounces Atrisco Heritage Academy

The Rio Rancho Rams (Rio Rancho, NM) softball routed the visiting Atrisco Heritage Academy Jaguars (Albuquerque, NM), 14-3 in Friday's league bout.
The Rams (14-3) will now prepare for their bout against Cibola (Albuquerque, NM). The Cougars go into the 5A District 1 bout with a 12-3 record.
The Jaguars now possess a 7-8 record. They play next when they host Volcano Vista for a 5A District 1 bout on Tuesday, June 8. Atrisco Heritage Academy will confront a Hawks squad coming off a 12-9 league loss to Cibola (Albuquerque, NM). The Hawks record now stands at 10-5.
