Valley Mills Eagles (Valley Mills, TX) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the host Bosqueville Bulldogs (Waco, TX), 5-4 in a non-league test.
With the win, Valley Mills upgrades its record to 16-0 on the season. The Eagles travel to New Home (New Home, TX) to battle the Leopards in a non-league test on Wednesday, June 8. The Leopards come into the test with a record of 33-3. New Home won 15-5 in their recent non-league test against Albany (Albany, TX)
With the defeat, Bosqueville falls to 12-4 on the season.
