The Sioux Center Warriors softball team scored 10 runs and limited the host Hinton Blackhawks to 1 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Sioux Center improves its record to 7-5 on the year. The Warriors host George-Little Rock (George, IA) to clash with the Mustangs in a non-league game on Monday, June 6. The Mustangs come into the game with a record of 0-6. George-Little Rock lost 21-1 in their recent non-league game against MOC-Floyd Valley (Orange City, IA)

In their next game, the Blackhawks clash with the Sheldon Orabs (Sheldon, IA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, June 4. Hinton will attempt to improve on its 6-8 season record. The Orabs come into the game with a 5-1 record after their 4-2 non-league win over South O'Brien (Paullina, IA).
