The crowd at Tuesday's non-league match between the Methuen Rangers (Methuen, MA) and the host North Andover Scarlet Knights (North Andover, MA), saw Methuen's softball squad nip North Andover by a count of 4-3.
The Rangers now sport a 13-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Taunton for a non-league match on Saturday, June 8. Methuen will face a Tigers squad coming off a 10-1 non-league win over Newton North (Newtonville, MA). The Tigers record now stands at 22-0.
With the loss, North Andover falls to 18-3 on the campaign.
