In Wednesday's league game, the visiting Lake Mills Bulldogs baseball team scored a close 7-4 victory over the Eagle Grove Eagles.
The Bulldogs (5-0) will now prepare for their game against Garner-Hayfield/Ventura (Garner, IA). The Cardinals enter the Top of Iowa - West game with a 4-2 record. In their last game, Garner-Hayfield/Ventura held off Bishop Garrigan (Algona, IA), 4-2, in a league game.
