In Wednesday's league game, the visiting Harlan Cyclones baseball team scored a close 12-7 win over the Kuemper Knights.

The Cyclones (7-4) will now prepare for their game against Lewis Central (Council Bluffs, IA). The Titans go into the Hawkeye 10 game with a 8-2 record. In their last game, Lewis Central nudged Denison-Schleswig (Denison, IA), 11-1, in a league game.

Next, the Knights play the St. Albert Falcons (Council Bluffs, IA) in a Hawkeye 10 game, on Thursday, June 5. Kuemper will attempt to improve on its 5-4 season record. The Falcons go into the game with a 4-4 record after their 5-1 non-league loss to Logan-Magnolia (Logan, IA).
