The Southeast Polk Rams softball team scored 5 runs and held the host Ankeny Centennial Jaguars to 3 in the Rams league win on Wednesday.
The Rams now sport a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ankeny for a CIML battle on Thursday, June 5. Southeast Polk will confront a Hawks team coming off a 10-5 league loss to Urbandale (Urbandale, IA). The Hawks record now stands at 2-3.
With the loss, Ankeny Centennial moves to 4-2 on the season. The Jaguars host Creston (Creston, IA) to confront the Panthers in a non-league battle on Friday, June 6.
