The Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley NIGHTHAWKS softball team scored 13 runs and held the host Okoboji Pioneers to 4 in the NIGHTHAWKS league win on Wednesday.

The NIGHTHAWKS now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host MOC-Floyd Valley for a Siouxland battle on Friday, June 6. Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley will confront a Dutchmen team coming off a 23-3 league win over Sibley-Ocheyedan (Sibley, IA). The Dutchmen record now stands at 5-2.

With the loss, Okoboji moves to 1-5 on the season. The Pioneers host Graettinger-Terril/Ruthven-Ayrshire (Ruthven, IA) to confront the Titans in a non-league battle on Thursday, June 5. The Titans come into the battle with a record of 2-2. Graettinger-Terril/Ruthven-Ayrshire won 17-0 in their recent league battle against South Central Calhoun (Lake City, IA)
