Hale Ray Noises (Moodus, CT) backers left the game pleased Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nudge the host Coginchaug Regional Blue Devils (Durham, CT), 2-1 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Hale Ray upgrades its record to 20-4 on the year. The Noises travel to Coventry (Coventry, CT) to play the Patriots in a non-league game on Friday, June 6. The Patriots enter the game with a record of 3-0. Coventry won 12-1 in their recent non-league game against Shepaug Valley (Washington, CT)
The Blue Devils now own a 13-11 record.
