The Don Bosco Dons softball team scored 9 runs and held the host Janesville Wildcats to 1 in the Dons league win on Wednesday.

The Dons now sport a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host BCLUW for a non-league battle on Friday, June 6. Don Bosco will confront a Comets team coming off a 7-1 league win over North Tama (Traer, IA). The Comets record now stands at 5-1.

With the loss, Janesville moves to 3-4 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Colo-NESCO (Colo, IA) to confront the Royals in a non-league battle on Friday, June 6. The Royals come into the battle with a record of 2-4. Colo-NESCO lost 10-7 in their recent league battle against Baxter (Baxter, IA)
