Virginia High School Softball - Lake Braddock sneaks past Hayfield

The Lake Braddock Bruins (Burke, VA) softball nipped the host Hayfield Hawks (Alexandria, VA), 4-3 in Wednesday's non-league outing.
The Bruins now sport a 19-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host South County for a Patriot outing on Thursday, June 5. Lake Braddock will encounter a Stallions team coming off a 6-3 non-league win over West Springfield (Springfield, VA). The Stallions record now stands at 17-8.
With the loss, Hayfield moves to 14-5 on the season.
