The Roosevelt Roughriders baseball team scored 9 runs and limited the visiting Waterloo East Trojans to 8 in the Roughriders non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Roughriders (8-4) will now prepare for their match against Des Moines North (Des Moines, IA). The Polar Bears go into the Alliance Conference - South match with a 2-3 record. In their last match, Des Moines North tipped Essex (Essex, IA), 12-0, in a non-league match.
